Rule 5 Saturday - The Rook - Emma Greenwell

In an attempt to close the summer show hole, we stared watching the Starz series, The Rook, starring Emma Greenwell in the title role as a "talent" in a super secret British agency composed of people with psychic powers. In the opening scene, she wakes up in the rain under the Millennium Bridge in London, surrounded by dead people, with no memory of who she is, or what she can do. She soon finds notes from herself saying what happened, and giving her a choice to flee or stay. You can guess from there.

So far, not too bad. And good enough for a Rule  5 post.
Greenwell was born in Greenwich, Connecticut, to a French mother and an English father. The family moved back to London's South Kensington neighbourhood before her second birthday. She attended the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art for a year. Greenwell said it was good, but it made her realise she did not want to go to drama school before trying her luck at pilot season in Los Angeles, California. Shameless, the Emmy-winning Showtime drama, was her first job. She booked it when she was 22. Prior to that she was planning on returning to London. Booking Shameless forced her to rent a car, find an apartment so she did not return to London for nine months.

She's also had parts the movies, Holy Ghost People (2013), Dare to Be Wild (2015), Pride and Prejudice and Zombies (2016), Love & Friendship (2016), and  Duet (2016) and for TV Shameless 2012–2016, True Blood 2012, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit 2014, and The Path 2016–2018.

Some NSFW pics from her dues paying days.
