Giving Thanks for the Beach

Although, it was darn tough today.

Last night, a cold front blew in, and lowered the temperature back down below freezing, along with 20-25 kt north east winds.

Even though we dressed appropriately, it was pretty brutal. The stinging wind left our eyes and noses running, and despite the good low tide, we each found only a single shark's tooth.

Skye, however, true to her nature, loves the cold weather, and now that the outside is colder than the house, spends most of her day curled up in the yard.
