Bicoastal Butterflies
I've been keeping an eye out for butterflies here in Pismo Beach/ San Louis Obispo. I've only succeeded in photographing these two, the Gray Hairstreak:
and this Painted Lady. Both these butterflies are fairly common in Maryland.
I also caught a glimpse of a couple of Western Swallowtails and a Lorquin's Admiral in SLO, but they were too fast for me.
