Another late start to the day thanks to physical therapy (me for my shoulder, Georgia for her back). The day didn't quite live up to its warm, muggy start, topping out in the low 80s, after a cloudy start, and a morning rain shower (it's storming again as I write this). But in between storms, we had some nice partly sunny skies for the beach walk.
Searching for sharks teeth in the shallows.
A Navy helicopter was doing some kind of maneuvers over the bay, just off shore.
The Day Lilies are in full bloom. Pretty!
This is also perfect Kudzu weather. This area of the cliff is getting covered in the green carpet, trees and all. Japanese Beetles seem to eating a lot of it. Karma, I guess. Let one invasive species keep the next in check.
