Election 2020: The "Truth" Commissions War on Us

First, from the Wombat's In The Mailbox: 05.21.21, Julie Kelly at Am Great says the obvious, The January 6 Commission Is All About Revenge, and from PM, Tucker Carlson slams Jan. 6 commission, saying 'This is the new war on terror... this war is aimed at you'

PM, Ashli Babbitt's family to file $10 million lawsuit against Capitol Police over fatal Jan. 6 shooting, "They give no explanation to justify the shooting and they do not even identify the officer. That is what they do in autocratic countries, not in the United States," the family's attorney said.  Also at Am Great, Angelo Codevilla writes of Regime vs. Regime in am essay that's hard to push into any one category, but discusses the reaction to the Jan 6 Capitol Incursion.
Consider: The Fourth Amendment prohibits officials from searching a person or his home and papers without prior consent or a legal order. A warrant must be based on probable cause, or reasonable suspicion of criminal behavior. It must also be very specific in describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized. The Fourth Amendment is intended not just to prevent bothersome “fishing expeditions” into innocent matters. It also means to outlaw using investigations themselves as a form of punishment and intimidation.

And yet first the Justice Department, and now regime-friendly judges, have used and are using investigations to draw a dragnet through American society to embarrass, punish, and chill countless persons who are or may be opposed to the oligarchy’s desires. Having been at the Capitol on January 6, or merely in Washington, D.C., has been enough to earn a SWAT team’s intrusion and trashing of one’s home. Other departments of government including the armed forces, plus any number of corporations, examine social media posts for heterodox views. Though punishment does not always result, spreading fear always does. Which is the main point.
And some good news from HE, FINALLY! Pentagon Announces Ending of National Guard Deployment at U.S. Capitol. Does this mean they've hired enough secret police? After that kind of televised breakdown, you wouldn’t be surprised if the next news about Joe Scarborough was that he’d been shot by police after charging at them with a knife — “suicide by cop.”

AZ’s Dem Sec. of State threatens to de-certify $6.5 million worth of election equipment because of the Maricopa audit. If so a small price to pay. But, you think you need new voting machines because they have been touched by someone unfriendly to your cause? Imagine how we feel when whole elections are run by such.

And more bad news for Democrats from Georgia via the Wombat's In The Mailbox: 05.21.21, where a Georgia Judge Unseals More Than 145,000 Absentee Ballots For 2020 Election Fraud Investigation (Da Fed).

After months of consideration, a judge in Fulton County, Georgia, has ruled that absentee ballots from the 2020 presidential election will be unsealed and examined for evidence of fraud.

Henry Superior Court Judge Brian Amero said in a hearing Friday that Fulton election officials will be required to keep ballots in their custody. More than 145,000 ballots will be analyzed. The decision comes on the heels of a lawsuit filed by voting integrity advocate Garland Favorito, who determined county workers may have recorded individual votes multiple times, and eight others. His lawsuit directly points to footage of the counting process and statements from individuals who observed the counting. There have been dozens of election-related lawsuits in Georgia.

And at Da Caller, Georgia 2020 Election Absentee Ballots Can Be Unsealed And Examined For Fraud, Judge Says. More from Sundance at CTH, BREAKING, Judge Orders Physical Review of Fulton County Ballots – Expert Witness Testified High Percentage Discrepancy in Ballot Batches

The state and local officials had been denying access to the physical ballots, only permitting a review of low resolution scanned images. However, an expert testified a disparity of approximately 21% (of those “low resolution” absentee ballot batches) from what the state reported to what the auditors were able to see. A large number of the scanned ballots appear to have been counted twice.

The only way to really tell if any of the batches contained duplicated or photocopied ballots would be to look at the physical ballots (preferred) or to look at high-resolution images of the physical ballots.

Today a Georgia judge agreed to allow the plaintiffs to review the physical ballots in a process yet determined (future order forthcoming). The custody of the ballots will remain under the control of the Fulton County election officials, but the auditors will be permitted access to them. This could be significant as there are 145,000 specific Fulton County absentee ballots at issue.

Jake Dima at WaEx, Pennsylvania county faults 'coding error' after voting machines didn't show Republican ballots. Is that an error or an "error"? Funny how they seem to only work in one direction.

A Pennsylvania county faulted a "coding error" this week after Republican and nonpartisan voters were dismayed to see only Democratic ballots available as they tried to participate in a slew of local elections.

Luzerne County voters were issued a ballot that only indicated it was for the Democratic primary, regardless of their indicated party affiliation. Many Tuesday voters left their polling places agitated, though Director of Elections Bob Morgan said the error was not the fault of the local government, but rather the blame lied with Dominion Voting Systems, a company marred by dubious election fraud claims in the wake of the 2020 presidential election.

"We gave a final product to Dominion," Morgan told PA Homepage. "There is no evidence of any of this problem on the mail-in ballots, which were produced from that file. We’re still working with Dominion to get an explanation as to how this coding error occurred. They were as surprised about it as we were."

Dan Chaitin at WaEx touts 'Incredible new evidence' teased as plaintiff vows appeal in rejected Michigan election fraud case

The Michigan man behind a 2020 election fraud lawsuit in Antrim County promised "big things" ahead in the case despite a judge's dismissal.

Bill Bailey, a Central Lake Township resident, told supporters in a livestream Tuesday that "there's multiple fronts" in which he and his attorney, Matthew DePerno, plan to take the legal fight after 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin Elsenheimer rejected an effort to force a new audit of the results.

Bailey said an appeal is "definitely" happening but noted "another option" is under consideration. He also said there is "incredible new evidence" of fraud and predicted the judge "will see it" at some point.
