Beach Report for 05/05/14

Much cooler today than yesterday.  It's blowing strong out of the NNE and 10 or more degrees cooler.  Back in jackets for today's walk.
A three way game of fetch.
A barge loaded with a crane pounds it's way up the bay.
Dredging operations have commenced at Flag Harbor, which needs to be dredged annually to keep the channel deep enough for sailboats.  If you look close, you can the see black sediment and water from the harbor being discharged from the end of the hose. It usually takes a few weeks to complete.
