Mother's Day 2014 at the Beach

What with warm sunny skies, it seemed a good idea to get to the beach early this morning.
Fossil hunting was extraordinary; we found 85 teeth total, and nearly filled the shot glass that hold our monthly catch.  Most were smalls, but Georgia found this big Snaggletooth that almost made the top shelf.
We went further up the bay than we have been going recently, and by the time we returned, the shore was pretty well populated.
If this puppy ever grows into his ears, he'll be a big dog.
Well, it is Mother's Day after all, so she  should be the one to play water fetch with the aging Golden.
It was so excited to see us, it dropped the stick to come say hi.
