Quick Saturday Beach Trip

Yesterday it rained all day, so we skipped the beach all together.  Today, the rain was gone, the temperature was a lovely 75 or so, with partial, puffy white clouds, and a light southeast breeze.

Unfortunately, Georgia had to go to a civic association meeting, so it was just Skye and I.  Skye resisted the temptation to join Belle here in a retrieving lesson.  Skye has never been much for fetch, let alone fetch in the water.  She once tried to save a deer on a sand bar; or was she intending to eat it?  Well, those days are past.
