A pretty nice January day here, with temps getting into to low 50s, mostly sunny skies, and no wind.
The far end up at Matoaka Cottages, approaching the big slide, and the downed tree that make it impossible to pass without an extreme low tide (which we did not have).
There were lots of people on the beach for a winter's day, both on Calvert/Long Beach and on Matoaka. A lot of people taking advantage of the good weather. It's supposed to rain tomorrow.
Despite the competition, we managed our first "top shelf" worthy teeth today, a nice upper Snaggletooth that Georgia found, and a matching lower Snaggletooth that I found. They'll do until something better comes along.
