A far cry from the crowds of Memorial Day weekend. The beach was lightly used. Temperatures rose into the 70s, with cloudy, even partly foggy skies and little wind.
A pretty good haul of teeth and such, mostly small. The upper right is an upper symphyseal tooth from a Cow Shark, and the two shiny black dots are Black Drum's teeth. White when alive, all the fossils we find are stained black. Not shown, found later, a large "fragodile", a broken crocodile tooth.
