We took to the beach a little before noon. The tide was dead low, and the the weather warm and clear, with only a trace of breeze. The beach was being well used, too, with the parking lot lined with cars.
Lots of people were out on the bay, too. This Parker is named for the creek just up the bay.
Despite the low tide, we still had to crawl over the rocks at the new revetment. I predicted that.
Fossil hunting was off; we only found seven teeth and one crab claw.
Crab season is in swing now. This boat loaded with crab pots will soon become a regular sight along the shore.
So did you hear that tattoos can interfere with some of the applications on the new Apple watch?
Talk about third world problems.
It was a good day for beach watching.
