Fla. Rep. Grayson won't face charges in fight with estranged wife
U.S. Rep. Alan Grayson won't face any charges over a fight with his estranged wife, authorities in Florida said Friday.Basically a she said/he said situation, with the tie going to the democratic legislator.
Officials with the Orange County Sheriff's Office said that probable cause didn't exist to support the allegation by Grayson's wife that he had pushed her against the front door of their home. Grayson had denied the allegation.
