We had our first frost last night, with the temperatures getting down to 27 F in the early morning. It was bright and sunny all day, with a light south wind that barely reaches the beach. I was late today due to another commitment, and Georgia declined to come, so it was just Sky and I that enjoyed the nice low tide, and the brisk walk up to the big downed log, and back, and the Belt of Venus twilight at the end. Not a great fossil day, 8 fairly ordinary teeth, and a crab claw.
