We haven't done a lot of beach walking this week, for all kinds of reasons, Drs. appointment (no nothing's wrong) , a back deck project, and attendant side projects, and hard rain yesterday from the remains of Hurricane Fiona. We finally made it back today. We had a lowish tide, 65 F weather, a pretty good day for November. Maybe our last day in shorts!
Lots of gravel and shell hash, and we managed 27 teeth, and some other stuff, but nothing museum quality.
Someone did point out to us a whale skull embedded in a clay block down on the beach. The Marine Museum has been notified, and sometime soon they'll try to recover it.
