Beach Report 11/15/22 - The Buffies are Back!

The first thing I saw when we got to the beach was a raft of Bufflehead ducks floating in the harbor mouth. They'll stick around for the winter, and leave sometime after the Ospreys return in March. They're there, but barely visible in the photo when expanded.
Skye and I were on our own today, and had to walk down to the beach, instead of driving. We left after a short rain shower (more expected later) and never had any more significant rain during the walk. It was a kind of raw day, overcast, about 45 F, a little choppy from the SE.
Although we made it all the way up to the downed boulders, it was a terrible day for teeth. Only 4 little ones.
