Without Joe Manchin, this would be a much leaner post. First, from Twitchy, Democratic spokesperson locks down after zinging Sen. Joe Manchin … for living on a houseboat. It seems Joe lives on a nice houseboat while living in Washington D.C. and that's just too rednecky for some Democrats. From the WSJ (cited at Hot Hair), Manchin is helping Democrats as progressives rage against him. Atop Da Hill, Justin Haskins thinks By rejecting Democrats' election overhaul bill, Joe Manchin may have saved America. Maybe. John Kasich at WSJ, I Tip My Cap to You, Joe Manchin "Defying your party’s wishes is courageous and can be costly." At WaPoo Mark Thiessen opines Democrats should be careful. They need Manchin more than he needs them.
WaPoo whines Sen. Manchin steadfast in opposition to voting rights bill after meeting with civil rights leaders Jazz Shaw at Hot Hair, Democratic supporters starting to realize their voting rights bill is dead without changes and boy, are they pissed! From the Peacock, John Lewis voting rights bill faces steep uphill climb in Senate "Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska is the only Republican who has endorsed the proposal named after the late civil rights leader and lawmaker." CNN pouts Senate Democrats scramble after Manchin upends key progressive priorities. Hanna Trudo on Da Hill says Democrats reach turning point with Manchin. But what can they do about it? At NYPo Rich Lowry recounts how Progressives get vicious with Joe Manchin because he has principles. For example, from Newsweek, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Accuses Joe Manchin of Supporting Republican 'Voter Suppression', and when you define 'voter suppression' as anything that keeps Democrats from cheating, she's probably right. Some Democrats wonder when Schumer will get tough with Manchin (Alex Bolton on Da Hill). NYT (from Hot Hair) asserts “We do need to start testing this idea that the filibuster promotes bipartisanship" You were pretty content when Democrats were wielding it against Republicans.
But enough about Joe. How about the Capitol Incursion? WaPoo admits Capitol Police had intelligence indicating an armed invasion weeks before Jan. 6 riot, Senate probe finds. So Trump's speech on Jan. 6 couldn't possibly have incited them. Kevin Downy at PJ Media, New Capitol Riot Report Blames Law Enforcement Agencies
The 128-page report found that the federal intelligence community, led by the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security, did not issue a threat assessment warning of potential violence targeting the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, despite online calls for violence and multiple visits on January 5 to washingtontunnels.com. The agencies apparently deemed these threats not credible. The report also stated that U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) failed to share intel the department had received, contributing to the agency being unprepared for the events as they unfolded. The report stated that USCP lacked an operational plan and a staffing plan for the January 6 session of Congress.
“The events of January 6th were horrific, and our bipartisan investigation identified many unacceptable, widespread breakdowns in security preparations and emergency responses related to this attack,” Sen. Gary Peters (D-Mich.), chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, stated. “Our report offers critical recommendations to address these failures and strengthen security for the Capitol to prevent an attack of this nature from ever happening again.”
Of course CNN (cited at Hot Hair) whines Senate report on January 6 omits Trump's role, because there wasn't one, despite their best efforts to blow smoke up our ass. Ace, Georgia Judge Allows Examination of Biden's Ballots That Look Like They Were Mass-Produced With a Xerox Machine, "Have we discovered what was in those suitcases which were only brought out and opened after election inspectors were ejected?" Paul Sperry at RCI, Why a Judge Has Georgia Vote Fraud on His Mind: ‘Pristine’ Biden Ballots That Looked Xeroxed. A Democrat judge, too.
When Fulton County, Ga., poll manager Suzi Voyles sorted through a large stack of mail-in ballots last November, she noticed an alarmingly odd pattern of uniformity in the markings for Joseph R. Biden. One after another, the absentee votes contained perfectly filled-in ovals for Biden — except that each of the darkened bubbles featured an identical white void inside them in the shape of a tiny crescent, indicating they'd been marked with toner ink instead of a pen or pencil.
Adding to suspicions, she noticed that all of the ballots were printed on different stock paper than the others she handled as part of a statewide hand recount of the razor-thin Nov. 3 presidential election. And none was folded or creased, as she typically observed in mail-in ballots that had been removed from envelopes.
In short, the Biden votes looked like they’d been duplicated by a copying machine.
“All of them were strangely pristine," said Voyles, who said she’d never seen anything like it in her 20 years monitoring elections in Fulton County, which includes much of Atlanta.
She wasn’t alone. At least three other poll workers observed the same thing in stacks of absentee ballots for Biden processed by the county, and they have joined Voyles in swearing under penalty of perjury that they looked fake.
Now election watchdogs have used their affidavits to help convince a state judge to unseal all of the 147,000 mail-in ballots counted in Fulton and allow a closer inspection of the suspicious Biden ballots for evidence of counterfeiting. They argue that potentially tens of thousands may have been manufactured in a race that Biden won by just 12,000 votes thanks to a late surge of mail-in ballots counted after election monitors were shooed from State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
So what will happen if we find that President* Biden won Georgia with a margin provided by false mail in ballots? Will we get serious about looking at other states? Sundance at CTH, State Reps from Wisconsin, Alaska, Georgia and Virginia Traveling to Arizona to Review Forensic Ballot Audit Process
According to 'experts' carefully selected by Da Beast Sidney Powell Just ‘Eviscerated’ Her Own Legal Defense. I suspect she's a better lawyer than most of said 'experts.
'Dominion’s suit against her should be dismissed, Powell continued, because “number one, they don't have jurisdiction over us and number two, we meant what we said and we have the evidence to back it up.”
At the very least, the statement was a tactical error, defamation law experts say—one that could come back to haunt her in court.
And Mike Lindell is sticking to his guns too, from Creative Destruction, Lindell Sues Dominion For $2B, Details Evidence Of 19 Cyber Attacks From China That Flipped 530k Votes In 5 Key Battleground States
Entrepreneur Mike Lindell has sued Dominion Voting Systems in Federal court in Minnesota for over $2 billion. The lawsuit details 19 successful cyber attacks the night of November 3rd, 2020, in which 555,864 votes were flipped in six battleground states, giving the Presidency to illegitimate Joe Biden, and plunging the United States into a destructive abyss.
They have recovered the Pcap (packet capture) and may as well have a videotape of the whole thing, from a cyber perspective.
Lindell declares he has the ‘cyber packets fingerprints’ of the successful attacks.
The case was just filed at 3pm CST.
Due to Dominion’s public threats to Lindell and his company My Pillow, and attempts to silence his allegations of fraud by Dominion, Lindell’s attorneys believe there is additional liability via tort law against Dominion, and they are taking full advantage per the lawsuit.
In essence, you can’t say you didn’t if you did and win in court.
Excerpts from the filing are below:
Dominion has weaponized the legal process and intimidated witnesses to election fraud by suing or threatening to sue over 150 private individuals or organizations, including dozens of citizen volunteer poll watchers, with baseless defamation lawsuits or “cease and desist” letters from Dominion’s lawyers at Clare Locke. Dominion further publicly boasts of doing so—merely because those citizens signed affidavits regarding fraudulent or illegal activities they personally observed during the November 2020 general election.
Conclusion: Dominion, Smartmatic, and others are desperate to cover up gross security flaws in their electronic voting systems—and information showing cyber attacks and hacking in the November 2020 election—by uniting in a common purpose to use the litigation process to attempt to suppress the revelation and public discussion of these truths.
In addition, Exhibit 12 shows a subset of 20 documented successful hacks through the election management system in the states of Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Arizona resulting in a total 555,864 votes switched from President Trump to candidate Vice President Biden in the 2020 general election. These hacks came primarily from within China and are identified by the date, location, and the network from which the hack originated and the location and network that was the target of the hack.
I'll wait and see, but, China is asshole, and they liked Biden, so why wouldn't they, if they could?
