What we are expected to believe is that somehow, not only did Biden win without winning either of the ultimate bellwether states (Florida and Ohio) that have gone for every winning presidential candidate since 1960, but he also won while losing nearly every bellwether county. And his Electoral College majority was obtained by barely winning four states by margins smaller than the margin by which Trump won his closest state.
Recall that Hillary Clinton’s campaign (and their media allies) promoted the “Russian hacking” conspiracy theory after the 2016 election as a way to explain her defeat, in which Trump’s populist “America First” message helped him shatter the “Blue Wall” of states that Democrats had won in every election since 1992. Yet what Biden (allegedly) did in the 2020 election was far stranger than Trump’s 2016 victory. Even without any specific evidence of fraud, the circumstances are sufficient to justify skepticism. You don’t need a conspiracy theory to explain this. You don’t need to explain it at all. The rational basis of doubt is self-evident.
Long standing statistical trends are bound to end at some point, but for so many to fall at once is suspicious. Every person who was in the room needs to be interviewed by the FBI, where providing false information is a crime. What instructions were they given? What did they say in response? Who seemed to be in charge? What did that person do? Who did they speak with? Did you overhear what was said? Did anyone tell you later what was said? Etc.
If I’m a Fulton County Democrat partisan and I want to slow down the investigation, I tell everyone involved to get a lawyer and use the need to get a lawyer to delay talking with law enforcement.
Apparently, that is just what Ruby Freeman has now done after she backed out of an agreement to give an interview to a news outlet on Monday. She has reportedly either deleted her Facebook page or set it to private as well.
Among the most “curious” — and maybe incriminating — parts of the video surveillance footage from the Fulton County counting room was that showing Freeman seeming to run the same stack of ballots through a tabulating machine multiple times.

In a short, albeit obtuse, affidavit filed today in advance of election litigation, Chief Investigator Frances Watson simultaneously highlights the evidence seems to support the claims of fraud and manipulation, but also says it doesn’t. [pdf link] . . .If anything, the actual behavior of the workers outlined in the affidavit supports the claims within the complaint, and the CCTV video. However, the “chief investigator” simply ignores the key part of the behavior and instead says the investigation “remains open.”

“State law is clear: the legislature could only direct an alternative method for choosing presidential electors if the election was not able to be held on the date set by federal law. In the 1960s, the General Assembly decided that Georgia’s presidential electors will be determined by the winner of the state’s popular vote. Any attempt by the legislature to retroactively change that process for the November 3rd election would be unconstitutional and immediately enjoined by the courts, resulting in a long legal dispute and no short-term resolution.

The media has rightly pushed back against the president’s actions and the dangerous game his legal team is playing. But for the past two years, the media has endorsed and encouraged Ms. Abrams’s campaign to undermine election integrity in Georgia and across the country. Some outlets cast her as some kind of heroine.
Many media outlets have rightly highlighted that the Trump campaign has provided precious little proof of its voter-fraud allegations. Yet for two years, few asked the same of Stacey Abrams. Through all this, confidence in the integrity of American elections suffered.
It is understandable that many Trump supporters have trouble believing the media when told that the November election was secure and reliable. For four years, mainstream media outlets put enormous effort into convincing the country that Mr. Trump teamed up with the Russians to steal the election, with no more evidence than the Trump campaign is presenting now. Newspaper pages and cable-news airwaves were filled with unfounded and unsupported claims that the president was a Russian agent.
On its face the decision seems to be a positive step; however, the court is ultra-fast-tracking the case. Filings due by noon today, no oral arguments and the seven member panel likely with a ruling later today or tomorrow.
The speed is likely part of a Arizona Supreme Court procedural intent to avoid SCOTUS intervention ahead of the Tuesday Safe Harbor deadline. It's a fact that Biden is not President-Elect. He becomes President-Elect when the electors say he is.
Furthermore, there is currently an election contest going on. Trump does not accept that Biden won the election, and has live lawsuits attempting to vindicate that point.
But Chris Wallace demands that HHS Secretary Azar undermine the president he serves and call Biden "President-Elect."
Repeatedly.
If a lawyer comes on to talk about a case he's involved in, will Chris Wallace badger the lawyer into conceding the case in whatever leftwing direction aligns with Chris Wallace's leftwing opinions?
