. . . Looking for a vote to steal (with all due apologies to the late great Charlie Daniels).
From ET: Georgia Poll Observers Say They Were Effectively Told to Go Home. This, of course, is being denied by the media at large, who want to write it off as some kind of miscommunication:
Republican poll observers Mitchell Harrison and Michelle Branton said in affidavits that at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 3 inside an absentee ballot-counting room at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, a woman shouted to everyone to stop working and return the following morning at 8:30 a.m. . . “This lady had appeared through the night and Mitchell and I believed her to be the supervisor,” Branton wrote in an affidavit.
John Solomon at JTN, Georgia has 250 open election integrity cases, State Bureau of Investigation to assist. But it fraud not widespread and was not made in an attempt to alter the outcome, no siree! Daniel Payne at JTN, Company that audited Dominion machines in Ga. has for years overseen testing of its voting software. But no conflict of interest there, right? Sundance at CTH, DeKalb County Georgia, Ballot Custody Records Missing. Damn yokols can't keep their paperwork straight! (DeKalb county constitutes 10% of Atlanta, and is heavily Democratic). And this one is particularly interesting, if true, fom Sundance, Georgia, Y’all Got a Problem
Ware County, Georgia, conducted a hand count of ballots after they were run through the tabulating machines containing Dominion software. What they discovered was an actual difference between the ballots and the results from the tabulation machine. 37 votes moved from Trump to Biden creating a 0.26% shift in the total vote.
Garland Favorito explains how the errors are not attributable to any other process other than an algorithm built into the counting software tabulating the ballots. When Favorito was scheduled to testify before the state legislature, the republican leader of the committee blocked his testimony. Listen to this interview starting at 04:00 WATCH:
Keep in mind this .26% algorithmic shift can be modified to any percentage based on the targeted precinct or county. Additionally, as Favorito notes, this empirical result has currently only been identified in Ware County because other counties did not track their own data and relied exclusively on the Dominion tabulation result. There’s no telling how far this algorithmic issue would extend.
This was Trump at his finest. He IS the Republican party now and he knew that he had to do this. He’s suffering through the fact that China hooked up with the Democrats (yeah, I really believe this) to steal an election from him, but he’s still out there swinging for the fences.
From Fox, the Dersh explains how Supreme Court could get involved in Georgia election challenge "Dershowitz says high court may be asked to weigh in on who can choose state's electors" But Tim Miller, one of the Bulwark Boys whines in The Devil Went Down to Georgia that "The president of the United States asks his supporters to overturn a free and fair election through extralegal means. What could possibly go wrong?"

The Morning Report - 12/7/20
U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito asked officials in Pennsylvania to file briefs by the morning of Dec. 8 in response to an emergency injunction petition filed by Republicans seeking to invalidate or rescind the results of the Nov. 3 presidential election in the Keystone State.
That day is the “safe harbor” deadline that requires controversies surrounding elections to be ended, so states can choose their electors before the Dec. 14 meeting of the Electoral College. Alito initially called for response arguments by Dec. 9, before moving the due date earlier by a day.
The new deadline signals that the Supreme Court intends to rule on the request for the injunction before the safe harbor deadline runs out.
But, from TNP, ‘Safe Harbor’ Deadline For Electors ‘Not Constitutional’, ‘Does Not Apply To Disputed States’ "The Amistad Project notes that the only “deadline specifically required by the Constitution is noon on January 20,” when a President’s term would end." On Friday, Kristina Karamo, host of the Kristina Karamo Project, Dr. Linda Lee Tarver a 29-year former Secretary of State election integrity liaison, and Angelic Johnson, went to Lansing, Michigan to put Michigan’s Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson on notice after it was discovered by Phil Kline, director of the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, that Benson had given the far-left Rock The Vote group full “front door access” to Michigan voter rolls.
100 Percent Fed Up – According to Karamo, the information provided to Rock The Vote, a far-left activist group that identifies as “non-partisan,” included sensitive data like social security numbers, addresses, birth dates, and eye color of Michigan residents. According to Amistad’s Phil Kline, Rock the Vote was also given the ability to add names to the MI voter rolls.

There is an interesting article in Forbes today about a previously unknown FBI raid in Maricopa County, Arizona, where agents seized computers, hard drives, USB sticks and electronic devices in connection with a cyber intrusion into election systems.
The Maricopa County Registrars office reports more than 2.5 million registered voters are within the system that appears to have been the targeted office of the intrusion.
The FBI isn’t talking, and the story only surfaced as an outcome of one part, the search warrant, of a sealed court filing. Forbes Story Here

Did Joe Biden and the Democrats steal this year’s presidential election? Polls suggest that a great many Americans, including many Democrats, believe that they did. I don’t know whether the election was stolen or not. I will say this: the Democrats went to great lengths to commit, or enable, voter fraud. To cite just a couple of examples, in a number of states, including my own, they used corrupt, collusive litigation to eliminate the minimal safeguards that prevented fraudulent mail-in votes from being submitted, like the requirement that signatures be witnessed. Why would they do this? Obviously, they didn’t want those safeguards to stand in the way of fraud.
John Solomon at JTN, Trump calls for sweeping election reform, ID verification after irregularities in 2020 "'It's a disgrace that in 2020, no state in America even makes any real attempt to verify that those who cast ballots by mail are eligible and lawfully registered voters,' Trump said." Althouse cites WaPoo in "Trump’s story of what happened in the 2020 election bears all the hallmarks of McCarthyite myth: conspiring elites, hidden corruption, even the threat of an imminent socialist takeover." and NYT rages and denies in Trump’s Final Days of Rage and Denial.
But at Bongine, Liz Vaughn Reports Report: AG Barr Considering Resigning by End of Year. Not happy at being blamed for not investigating the election fraud.
