A Quick Report from the Beach

Cold!  I have pictures from two days here.  Both days were cold, but yesterday was calm and over cast, but today was bright and breezy.
We found 22 sharks teeth yesterday; today I only found 1, but it was the biggest for both days, a nice black Snaggletooth
There is a big raft of Buffies (Bufflehead Ducks) hanging off the harbor. They'll probably stay around until the end of winter.
And at least two eagles.  The eagle density seems down since winter came; maybe a few moved south, or even migrated out to find new territories.  I think the top one here is a juvenile of some age; I can't see a white head, so maybe its a child of the one below
