Beach Report 9/3/21

We're having almost fall like weather, mid 70s, breezy, moderate humidity. It's prbably won't last, but it's certainly a welcome relief.
The tide was both high due to the time in the cycle, and due to wind, consequently the beach was narrow, and we got cut off from going as far up as we usually do.
Georgia, with Skye, searching for something.
A young Bald Eagle did a close flyover. He's still in immature plumage.
Speaking of flying thing, I also found this Pearl Crescent taking a sip of the salty beach water.
Also this skipper, which I'm calling a Crossline Skipper for now.
Despite the high tide and rough surf, there were a few good patches of loose shell gravel, and we managed 26 shark's teeth, all unremarkable (except maybe for being extremely small). The find of the day was this tiny porpoise tooth.
