And then another one on Jan. 8 in the wake of the Jan. 6 Capitol incursion not clearly sanctioned by the SecDef, after a conversation with Nancy Pelosi. After this, it is alleged he made officers in the nuclear chain of command swear a personal oath to him to not use nuclear weapons without his approval.
