A late afternoon beach walk, in perfect weather. High 60s, a slight west breeze, sunny sky with fluffy white clouds, and good low tide.
Lots of shell hash and a few teeth, 19 in all, counting the Black Drum.
The Dominion Gas Dock, seen across a still Bay.
Even a couple of butterflies. This Gray Hairstreak was hanging out in the parking long. A little worse for wear, but it is late in the year.
And the sunny side.
Another late one, another Common Buckeye. out in the dunes.
