I kind of forget how Biden ordering Merrick Garland to investigate school board meeting for evidence of violent dissent against mask mandates, ramming the Critical Race Theory and LGBTQRSTUVWXYZ agenda down kids throats became part of the election coverage, but then, without Biden "winning" the election, he never would have been appointed. Mitch did good when he kept Garland off the high court.
Literally true |
Right — Antifa and BLM can engage in weeklong sprees of vandalism and looting, burn down police precincts and take over entire city blocks, and that’s just “mostly peaceful protests,” but let a few parents show up at the local school board meeting to complain about COVID-19 policy, transgenderism or Critical Race Theory, and the Justice Department will sic the FBI on them. The DOJ’s priorities are clear: Never mind the tens of thousands of illegal aliens streaming across the unprotected border, we’ve got to crack down on rowdiness at the PTA meeting.

Like the OSHA announcement, this is a “We’re gonna study and come up with something later, but it’s definitely happening” approach that could just be another distraction from the Biden administration. Words are being written about it, the left and the right are arguing online, and it’s taken up big chunks of airtime on conservative talk radio. But what we don’t have is any indication that this is going to be a plan the administration follows through on. A 30-day study on this “criminal conduct” leaves a lot of time for a largely unfocused electorate to forget about it, but it does buy Biden’s team some time to try and maneuver behind the scenes on their legislative goals. On Da Hill, it appears the theft of Nancy's laptop at the Jan. 6 Capitol incursion was a family affair, Mother-son duo arrested for stealing Nancy Pelosi's laptop during Jan 6. riot "Maryann Mooney-Rondon reportedly offered her gloves or a scarf to help someone steal Pelosi’s laptop without leaving behind any identifying marks, the Associated Press reported."
