Beach Report 10/21/21

A lovely October day, with temperatures in the high 60s to low 70s, all but windless, and all but cloudless.

Georgia called me over from the waters edge, to see this male Spicebush Swallowtail struggling on the beach. Cold months coming aren't good for butterflies.
We had a decent low tide rising, and found 18 shark's teeth. This badly beaten Snaggletooth was by far the biggest.
