Election 2020: Georgia Ballot Case Dismissed Due to "Lack of Standing"

The Atlanta JCon reports Georgia ballot inspection case dismissed after no fraud found, but CD reports Breaking: GA Judge Amero Dismisses VoterGA Voter Fraud Case Without Hearing. "Lack of Standing" being judge speak for "I wouldn't touch this with a ten foot pole."

From JTN, Michigan charges three women with election fraud during 2020 election "One of the women is accused of fraudulently filling out ballots in the names of nursing home residents without their permission." as Star News reports Former President Trump Urges Forensic Audit in Michigan. Too late, you were supposed to press suit before the crime and anyway, lack of standing! AllahPundit at Haut Hair hopes as Trump says If we don't solve the 2020 election fraud, Republicans won't vote in 2022 and 2024. Natalia Mittelstadt at JTN, Ken Blackwell: Republicans should station poll workers at every precinct in 2022, ""We cannot allow what happened in 2020 to happen again," the former Ohio secretary of state warned." We should anyway.

Fox, Babbitt shooting internal police docs reveal 'no good reason for shooting,' according to Judicial Watch "The documents show witnesses recount they did not see Babbitt holding a weapon" Officer Ryan is lucky his bullet didn't go through her and hit the officer standing next to her. Then somebody would care. U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth of Washington made the call after finding jail officials failed to hand over information to approve wrist surgery recommended four months ago for a defendant, Just the News reports. The defendant, Christopher Worrell, was charged with four felonies in connection with the Capitol riot on January 6, including rioting and spraying pepper gel at police.

Lamberth said D.C. officials failing to turn over medical records is “more than just inept and bureaucratic jostling of papers.” “I find that the civil rights of the defendant have been abused,” Lamberth said. “I don’t know if it’s because he’s a January 6th defendant or not, but I found this matter should be referred to the attorney general of the United States for a civil rights investigation.” He also suggested that the U.S. Marshals Service may have to move inmates from the D.C. jail to other facilities if they are being mistreated.

But, as we've seen previously  'There have to be consequences:' Judge ups sentences for U.S. Capitol rioters (Yahoo).  ""There have to be consequences for participating in an attempted violent overthrow of the government, beyond sitting at home," Chutkan said at one of the hearings." Of course, it's a lie for the judge to say they attempted a violent overthrow of the government, and for her to say it when the prosecutors didn't even allege it shows extreme bias on her part. These should be overturned on appeal, and she should be removed from the bench. It won't happen, though.

Sundance at CTH reports Peter Thiel Helping to Fund MAGA Primary Challenges Against Republicans Who Voted to Impeach President Trump and Peter Thiel lines up against Liz Cheney (Politico). Yeah, well, from Da Mail, How 'Zuckerbucks' helped swing the 2020 election for Biden: Facebook CEO funneled $419M into 'nonprofit' local election admin boards 'to help turn out likely Democratic voters' and NYPo, Mark Zuckerberg spent $419M on nonprofits ahead of 2020 election — and got out the Dem vote "Although CTCL and CEIR are chartered as nonpartisan 501(c)(3) corporations, our research suggests the spending that took place in 2020 was highly partisan in its distribution and its effects." It will only be deemed illegal once Republicans do it too. Anxious has a Scoop: Jeff Flake seeds new voting nonprofit. I don't trust him.

From Sophie Mann at JTN reports that Bob Woodward whines, says he's never seen so much political strength from a former president as Trump has, ""Trump's popularity, his power in the Republican party has grown since he left office. It has not shrunk," said Woodward". And speaking of whining, from the Slantic, America Is Not Ready for Trump’s Second Term - And he could win, fair and square. I'm ready. Althouse is concerned after reading Karen Tumulty at WaPoo, "A raft of evidence suggests that female voters, whose engagement and activism fueled the gains that Democrats made during Donald Trump’s presidency, are increasingly tuning out politics." Fine be me. From Fox, Pelosi lectures reporters, says they 'could do a better job selling' Build Back Better, all but admitting most journolists are Democrat activists with bylines.

They say the cover up is worse than the crime.

In this case, it's hard for the cover up to be worse than the crime, consisting, as it does, of the r*pe and forcible sodomy of an underaged girl.

But it's close. It's very very close.

Da Wire, Loudoun County Update: Sheriff Confirms Daily Wire Reporting, LCPS Responds, Twitchy, ‘Lying dirtbags’: LCPS’ bizarre, infuriating statement on alleged sexual assaults of two students takes garbage parting shot at defamed father Scott Smith, "Notable that the statement expresses no condolences to the alleged victim or her father except to apparently defend the decision to forcibly remove Scott Smith from the June LCPS board meeting." It's an inconvenient narrative. Miranda Devine at NYPo, Virginia dad vilified for defending daughter shows rot at heart of system. From Mary Chastain at LI, Loudoun County Public Schools Denies Board Knew About Alleged Sexual Assault in School Bathroom, "LCPS will not confirm if the same suspect is involved in the alleged sexual assaults on May 28 and October 8."

Probably because he gets the wrong news, as Paul Bedard at WaEx reports a Network blackout on ‘gender fluid’ rape claim in Loudoun school and at the Wa Free Bee, Media Silent on Virginia School Board’s Alleged Coverup of Trans Bathroom Rape.
