One day you wash up on the beach, wet and naked. Another day you wash back out. In between, the scenery changes constantly.

Beach Report 10/11/21
Another cloudy, windy day at the beach, in the mid 60s. It won't be too long again before it's too cold to wade in the Bay with tennis shoes.
The tide was high today, again, but we did OK with fossils, about 10 each.
But by far the best was this out of focus Snaggletooth that Georgia picked up behind me. She claims a wave tossed it up while she watched, but I think she was just trying to make me feel better. It's just a hair bigger than the current leader on the kitchen window sill.
We did see some Ospreys today, with the eagles watching carefully, so they're not completely gone yet.
