A pretty good day for a beach walk. Low to mid 50's, a bit of wind, but mostly west, so not much of a factor on the beach. Skye and I headed off around 11 PM
The tide was pretty high, so I didn't really have high hopes for finding many sharks teeth.
Not many teeth, only six, but one was great, this recurved "Mako", really a primitive White Shark, the ancestor of today's Great White.
I was very lucky to find it. I saw the root in the waves, and thought it might be something like a bone, but when I picked it up and saw the blade it was kind of a "Holy Moly" moment.
