I went fishing with Pete, my next door neighbor Clint and his brother-in-law Mark, and long time fishing buddy Tom. We caught a lot of fish, running out of Buzz's Marina a little after 10 AM to dodge some strong winds in the morning.
It started choppy, but died pretty well as the day went on. We hit a good slug of medium sized fish; 24-26 inches out in the middle of bay on deep structure, an old barge sunk in 60 ft of water and caught most of the fish on heavy metal. After chasing birds, we settled in the Middle Ground and found bigger fish, up to 36 inches.
