Beach Report 9/4/22

Sunday, the middle day of the three day Labor Day weekend, the unofficial, but generally acknowledged boundary between summer and fall. A delightful day, with temperatures hovering around 80, no humidity issue, and blue skies with plenty of white fluffy clouds.
The beach was pretty well used, all the way up and down, but not really packed the way I was used to the beaches in Santa Monica and LA being packed when I was growing up. Skye got lots of pets.
A decently low tide, but fairly ordinary fossil hunting, 13 small to medium teeth, many broken. By far the best thing of the lot was this fossilized fish tail bone (hypural) that Georgia found.
