Another mostly sunny, warm, humid and mostly windless day at the beach.
The two best finds of the today. I found the
epiphyseal plate, while Georgia found the
Goeduck pearl. That's the second she's found since we found out what they were this spring from the fossil experts on Facebook.
A group of Great Blue Herons on the beach ahead of us. They don't usually seem this social. Could this be a family (or at least a mother with two grown chicks?)
