Partly Cloudy at the Beach

Pretty nice day at the beach.  Warm, but not too warm, with a breeze picking up to match the increasing heat.  Lots of fair weather cumulus clouds gave a little relief from the sun once in a while.

I found this nice Cow Shark tooth.  These are pretty rare; this is the third one we have found for the year.

 Birds were attacking a load of fish in the water.  It was too far away to see splashes on the water, but whenever I try to catch fish out of a ball of birds working like this, I find small Striped Bass or Bluefish eating small bait, usually Bay Anchovy or Menhaden.

Skye had to get her exercise in today.  We're leaving for California in the morning and Skye will have to go to Megan's doggy spa this afternoon.
