Beach Report 10/18/18

A stiff north wind yesterday gave us a blow out tide today, so Georgia, Sky and I headed down in time to catch it way out. We walked a long way up, about half way up the beach in the far distance. It was cool and breezy.
We didn't find as many fossils as we hoped, only 19 teeth, none of them special, another "cookie" and a pile of beach glass.
I just threw this one in for fun. A view of the harbor in the Sunset.
The weed du jour, Wild Asters. There seem to be several species growing on the roadsides, and wet areas.
A nearly grown fawn almost blundered into Skye and I.
