Rule 5 Saturday - Ana Hickmann - She's Got Legs

This weeks Rule 5 feature post stars Ana Hickmann, yet another Brazlian supermodel, with the usual sort of supermodel curriculum vitae:

...Victoria's Secret, Nivea, L'Oreal, Clairol, and Bloomingdales. She has appeared in the South African version of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, and on the covers of Brazilian Vogue, Marie Claire, and Elle.

She currently distributes her own clothing and cosmetics lines, manages a photography studio and a DJ agency,[2] and co-hosts the daytime program Progamma da Tarde, (with Britto JĂșnior and Ticiane Pinheiro) on the Brazilian TV network Rede Record
One point of interest is that she was once listed in the Guinness Book of World Records, as having the longest legs of any model, 46.6 inches, or 118 cm or God only knows how many parsecs.  It looks entirely plausible based on the photos I've seen.  At any rate, she retire the undefeated champion, as Guinness no longer lists the category.
So what is it about long legs that looks good on a swimsuit model?  After all, a quadruple amputee  could display most swimsuits and lingerie quite handily.

One theory is that as girls mature, one of the first signs of maturation is growth of the legs before the remainder of the body, so that long legged "coltish" look is unconsciously seen as a sign of youth.  Could be...
