A somewhat more comfortable day at the beach. The temperature was a little lower, it was less humid and a decent breeze from the south didn't hurt either
Our
friend from Florida is still visiting. He was on the posing post when we past him going north.
A small school of "peanut bunker" (juvenile Menhaden) circling in the shallows. Were they chased in there by something?
When we came back, Florida bird was fishing in that spot.
But he wasn't brave enough to stay there while we walked past, and resumed posing.
The Eagles and Ospreys are out, getting into the late summer abundance of fish.
