Fishing Report - 4/3/12

What with Daylight Savings Time and all, I now have time to fish before it gets dark, wind permitting.  Today, with  the wind 10 knots from the south and falling, Trevor and I got out, a little late, as Georgia and stopped to vote in the primaries on the way home.

Trevor caught this nice fat 32 inch fish on that big green thing you see hanging out of it mouth.

There were a couple of other boat out at Location X with us today.  This boat had a Yellow Lab keeping them company.  I never did see that dog catch a fish...

 I only caught one kind of smallish fish; nothing like Trevor's.  Overall fishing was slow, we only caught 3 total, and we only saw a few caught on the other boats as well.

It's not yet "keeping" season, which starts later this month, so these fish went back in the water.

We stayed a while past sunset, and came in a little before 8.
