Rule 5 Saturday - Let's Do the Weird Chick - Summer Glau

If anyone has the "Weird Chick" vibe down pat, it's Summer Glau, who played the telepathic, but seriously bent warrior girl River Tam in the Firefly/Serenity saga, the sorta good cyborg Cameron in the Terminator TV series, and is currently playing a free range Alpha on the the Sci-Fi Summer show, Alphas, not to mention a few others.  How much more do you need to know?

A Texas girl, born in Austin in 1981,  she was a ballet dancing fool, until an unfortunate toe injury convinced her that a professional dancing career was not in the cards.  She took up acting, and was cast in an episode of Angel, where she met Joss Whedon, and the rest (as well as all of this) is now in Wikipedia, the closest thing to history we have these days.  Enough.  More Summer below the jump.
