I took the gas cans up to the local station to get enough gas to top off the boat before they raise the concentration of ethanol to 15%. Yeow!
I met Trevor at the boat around 4:30, we went off to the local fish market and found a couple of 19+ inch stripers
I also had a significantly bigger one on, but it cut me off. From the look of the leader, it either turned and cut it with a gill plate, or scraped it on a barnacle or oyster shell in the shallow water.
