Sao Paulers Protest Pollution with Naked Bike Ride

Naked cyclists strip off for outrageous mass protest - Thousands of naked cyclists took to the streets of Sao Paulo in a mass protest yesterday.
They were highlighting the effects of pollution as well as the lack of bike lanes in the country.

The event was organised as part of World Naked Bike Ride.

Participants were demanding improved road conditions for bike riders.

They also claim the roads are not safe enough.

It’s claimed by the group that Sao Paulo has some of the world's most dangerous roads for cyclists.

They also and wanted to draw attention to the health and environmental benefits of cycling.
So really, just any excuse to ride naked. Fine!

NSFW warning. Plenty of naughty bits from both genders being exposed in Sao Paulo. Admittedly, though, it's hard to make an impression in a country that celebrates Carnival like they do.

Curiously, Getty seems to have monopoly on images from this event.
