Another cool, breezy day at the beach. We met Joel at the parking lot, and Charlie and Cheyenne down at Calvert Beach. Right at the beginning of the walk, the wind blew my poor hat off and into the water, so I had a wet hat for the remainder of the walk.
A shot looking south across the jetty at Flag Harbor into the sun.
Georgia preparing to pick up some beach trash. We had a bunch float up on the beach in the past week, I can't really tie it to any significant flooding event.
Sky, Red and Cheyenne had lots of fun, until Cheyenne body checked Skye and knocked her over. After that, she snarled at him to tell him to knock it off. It worked; then he went off to bug Red.
Since we had to walk around the cliff due to a high tide, Skye went on the leash for a while.
Wisteria. It grows wild around here, and is blooming currently. I'm not sure whether this was wild or cultivated, but it looked pretty wild.
An early Puritan Tiger Beetle, our own little endangered species.
