After the morning beach walk, I munched the leaves in the yards with the lawn mower, and had lunch. By then, the wind had calmed considerably, so I called Trevor and invited him on a short fishing trip.
We went to the usual places today, and tried the usual things, and the fish cooperated. The best fish came from deep, turbulent water up in the discharge current at Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant. We were using Bass Kandy Delights on 3/4 oz jigs, bouncing them off the bottom in the heavy current. There were smaller fish near the surface. We managed our limit of 2 fish over 18 inches each easily.
A bit of a sunset over the western shore on the way home.
