Maryland’s Board of Public Works has approved $17 million in construction grants for the Blue Plains sewage plant, the largest single source of nitrogen pollution entering the Chesapeake Bay.When they say "will help to pay", it makes me wonder how much Maryland is contributing compared to the District and Virginia. However much, it is the right thing to do; if you're helping make the $#!*, you should be helping to clean up the $#!*, too.

One day you wash up on the beach, wet and naked. Another day you wash back out. In between, the scenery changes constantly.
