Well, the Bay is no longer a desert, but I wouldn't call it hot fishing. Trevor and I fished from about 6:30 to 9:00 PM, and caught a few striped bass (we could have had lot's of little one), but we managed 3 legal ones, one of which we kept; the other two were obviously thin and diseased. The lure of the day was a silver floating Yo-Zuri minnow We also bottom fished for a while and caught three Croaker, a couple of White Perch and an Oyster Toad.
The weather was totally co-operative, except a bit of west wind made it hard to drift and stay near the rocks where the stripers were hanging out.
