One day you wash up on the beach, wet and naked. Another day you wash back out. In between, the scenery changes constantly.

Underdressed at the Beach
Georgia found some lame excuses not to go to the beach this morning (important UPS delivery, friend coming, and Novocaine wearing off from a dental trip), so I had to go alone. The thermometer at home said 47, but it was sunny, and I decided to try it without a jacket.
That was a mistake. There was a stiff north wind (25-30 kts) out of the north, and the waves were rolling up on the beach. A good day to be a duck. But I persisted.
I still managed to make it a mile or so before freezing solid (actually, by the time I was finished, it was starting to feel OK). I did manage to eke out 5 shark's teeth, including these two that I found on one stoop.
