Beach Report 2/14/24

Cool, crisp, and breezy.
A little bit of a late start, thanks to a long phone call. The tide, already well above astronomical, was well on its way up when I got started.
Between the tide and the surf, I couldn't get past the rocks at Calvert Beach, so fossil hunting was weak. But if you're only going to find one tooth, let it be a good one, like this 1 1/4 inch Snaggletooth laying among the shells on Long Beach. Actually, I did find 3 other teeth, nothing especially grand.
