It was a pretty nice day for the first of September, low 80's, a bit of an east breeze, and occasional cloud cover. Despite it being the beginning of the Labor Day Holiday, there were only a few people on the beach.
I found this
Red-Spotted Purple trying to find the right spot to puddle. The spot he picked seemed pretty dry, but that's not my fault.
A seriously low pass from one of the local eagles.
Enough breeze to fill the sails.
But not enough to make it too hard to take the kid for a paddle.
