I saw a pair circling over the St. Leonard water tower yesterday when I drove in. This is a few day before the commonly accepted arrival date of Saint Patrick's Day, but more or less on time. It's often a week or more after that until we see them down at the beach. I wonder if they were unpleasantly surprised to find a bit of snow lingering in heaps along the road and in shady places?
