We took a quick walk on the beach this morning. It was chilly, just over 35 F, but clear and almost windless. You can see the buds in the trees are starting to get ready for spring from the light pink blush.
No sign of the local Ospreys here yet, although these a big flock of Peeps (Semi-Palmated Sandpipers?) rushed me, until I made the mistake of moving.
It was a decent low tide and we found 21 sharks teeth, no exceptional though. The most interesting thing was the passage of this Everglades style airboat. You don't see those around here often. In fact, the only other that I have seen was being used by Marine cops around Washington D.C.
