The Federal Aviation Administration says a videotaped skydiving sex stunt did not violate any of the Administration's regulations. FAA Spokesperson Ian Gregor said video evidence confirms that the pilot of a small plane was not distracted during the stunt over Kern County. Earlier this month, Gregor said any activity that could distract the pilot while he's flying could be a violation of federal regulations.I can't imagine why anyone would want to have sex while falling through the sky, but it's good to know they have the freedom to do so.
Skydive Taft owner David Chrouch said he fired part-time skydiving instructor and porn star Alex Torres and hasn't decided whether to fire the company's receptionist, Torres' partner in the video.
