Remember how a a whole bunch  of states including Pennsylvania, decided to allow essentially unrestricted mail-in ballots, with massive ballot harvesting as a result of the WuFlu, and voter participation (if they were indeed, actual voters) rose to unprecedented levels, and Joe Biden squeaked out at victory of 80,000 votes there for 20 electoral votes?
