A lovely late Sept. day at the beach. All but clear blue sky, high 70s, a bit breezy from the south.
Skye was happy with it.
A lot of people looking for a few fossils at Matoaka Cottages. Consequently, very few were found, at least by us.
Crab season is in full swing. The best crabbing of the year is often in October, after the summer demand has passed.
And some Ospreys are still here. I didn't see any eagles, but I heard some up in the trees. Maybe they take lunch time off so the Ospreys can get a bite in.
